Late Arrivals

Please understand that each spa service is allotted a specific time to ensure you receive the best treatment.  If you arrive late, we will not be able to give you the full time that the treatment is scheduled for.  Please understand that the therapist may have other guests scheduled and will not be able to extend the treatment.  You will also be charged the full price of the treatment. 

Spa Etiquette

We want everyone who visits Repose Spa to have a relaxing experience.  Please be considerate of other guests and put all cell phones on vibrate before entering the treatment area.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are waiving last minute cancellation fees.  We just ask that you give at least a 2-hour notice, if possible, so we might fill your appointment with another guest.


Gratuities are not included in the treatment price.  If you have had a great experience and really enjoyed your service, please compliment your therapist by tipping 20% of the guest price. 

Gift Cards

All gift card sales are final.  You may use gift cards by presenting it for payment when making a purchase.  Gift cards are not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties. Merchant is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Card is redeemable for purchases only. Unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed for cash. Introductory specials, promotions or discounted offers or pricing on spa services are not valid for gift cards. Please mention you are using a gift card when making your appointment.

Product Return Policy

Unopened retail products can be returned with in 2 days of purchase with the original receipt are acceptable for refunds.  Skincare products that have been opened will not be accepted for returns/refunds.  Prepaid services can not be refunded and will be issued spa credit only.  All gift card sales are final.


We accept most major credit cards.  We do not accept personal/certified checks or money orders.
