NYS mandates masks must be worn by both staff and
guests.
As of 9/5, NYS has amended its guidelines to allow facials
and facial waxing. There will be no hand massage for facials.
As per NYS guidelines, during massage
treatments, clients must be wear a mask when lying in the supine position (face up). Also, hot towels, facial, arm and hand massage will not be
included.
Staff will wash and disinfect hands before and after
treatments.
Hand sanitizers will be available when you check-in and in
treatment rooms. Please sanitize your hands when you check-in.
The self-serve water dispenser will not be available.
Please request water if needed.
In addition to our regular sanitation
procedures, contact surfaces, such as front desk, pens, door handles will be wiped down with alcohol more frequently.
For waxing services, wax warmers will be cleaned and
disinfected after each client. (And of course, there will be no double dipping.)
Appointments will not be booked back to back to avoid
clients having contact with other guests.
The same treatment room will not be used consecutively in
order to properly air out and sanitize the room. Also, only disposable face cradle covers will be used.
To minimize contact during
check-out, guests may opt to provide credit card and email information over the phone when the appointment is booked. Treatments will be charged after the service is complete and a
receipt will be emailed.
Last minute cancellation fees will be waived, so please
stay home if you are not feeling well. We just ask that you give at least a 2 hour prior notice if possible, so that we might fill your appointment with another
guest.
